What Yoga life coaching's about ?

Yoga coaching is a style of living which allows you to remember your unique true self and live a richer life of joy, peace, balance and fulfillment through the practices and lifestyle of ancient yoga wisdom.


Instead of a yoga instructor, who focuses on the poses, Yoga life coach will focus more on using simple and safe poses which are going to be geared more towards emoting feelings or expressing selves or bringing in a new way to identify selves.

The tools and techniques used are mostly inspired from Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga :


- Niyama : Mindfulness meditation , surrender ..

- Asana : Yoga poses.

- Pranayama : Breath work or breath control help to create more balance, calm and energy. Mudras or hand positions help to set attention and shift energy

- Pratyahara : Withdrawal or sensory transcendence

- Dharana : Focused Concentration, relieving ourselves of outside distractions.

- Dhyana : Meditative Absorption , contemplation.

- Samadhi : Bliss or enlightenment.

Yoga life coaching will give you many tools and instructions to practice and renew with your true self.

It’s a commitment practice such as the 21 days surrender box, mindfulness activities, mala beads using, mudras (hand positions), breathwork techniques, chakra meditation, pranayama breathing exercises …


Yoga life coaching will help you to connect not only with your physical body but also with your emotional, mental and spiritual body.
