How to get rid of negative thoughts ?

Most of people experience at different period of there life or more frequently negative thoughts patterns. But sometimes these thoughts take up too much space to the point of interfering with relationships, achievements and well-being.

There are many ways to switch your mind from negative thinking to a positive one.

You can also get rid of them or at least reduce them by trying the following steps :
1 - leave the emotions aside and think logically about your negative thoughts.
2 - Talk to somebody that is wise to make you understand what’s happening and tire it up in details. Think about it loudly.
3 - Write it down. This will reduce your negative thoughts.
Journaling helps control your symptoms and improve your mood by :
👉Helping you prioritize problems.
👉Providing an opportunity for positive self-talk and identifying negative thoughts and behaviours.
4 - Walk. 👉 Walking, eliminates cortisol (the stress hormone) from your system, thus reducing worry and anxiety. 👉Walking calms you down by sparking nerve cells in the brain that relax the senses.
👉Walking also alleviates mood, wiping out negative thoughts, and energizing your spirits.
